Law Enforcement

As part of Indonesian Law juridiction, we are required to provide the requested personally identified data and/or information if asked by the court as part of criminal law enforcement and/or criminal investigation provided there is written order signed by authorized official, including but not limited to contact data, operational data, access log, and transaction log.

Data Removal

Please ensure that the email is sent from the email address associated with your HelloBill account to facilitate the verification process.

In order to protect your privacy, we will perform a verification process to confirm your identity. This may include requesting additional information or clarification on the nature of your request. Our support team will guide you through this process to ensure the security of your data.

Once your identity is verified, we will acknowledge receipt of your data removal request via email. Please note that it may take up to 2-5 working days to process your request.
